Speak Up
started as an advocacy project in February 2021. The founder Joe Cislo was prompted to create an advocacy site as part of a class project while attending Colorado State University. Joe was given the liberty to address a current social problem. For so many reasons, Joe chose the topic of human trafficking. The horrible toll human trafficking has had on the global community has been staggering. Joe’s passion to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves fueled him to create Speak Up. Speak Up
is a site dedicated to raising awareness of human trafficking in the hope that more people will speak up and fight for victims. Speak Up
